YOUTH LEARN TO ROW 2026
Youth Learn to Row Program
Our Youth Learn to Row Program is a five-session course led by our Level 2 rowing coach, designed to introduce the fundamentals of rowing both on and off the water. The program is suitable for young people aged 13–26 who are keen to try rowing for the first time—no prior experience required.
Most sessions take place on the water. However, safety is our top priority. In the event of unsuitable weather conditions, sessions will be held in our gym using indoor rowing ergometers.
All participants must be able to confidently swim a minimum of 50 metres.
